A decade in cancer genomics and RNA biology at UConn and The Jackson Laboratory. Four years at Vindhya Data Science Consulting, working across pharma, academia, and research hospitals. Built the sample-processing pipeline and patient-data infrastructure for OPTIC RCC, a prospective Phase II trial that used RNA-seq biomarkers to assign kidney cancer patients to treatment arms.
Noel Cruz
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
U.S. Coast Guard veteran and former intelligence officer. Software engineer with cloud and machine-learning experience, and a background delivering defense programs.

In client work, language models run on private cloud infrastructure we control. Data you share is never sent to public or third-party model APIs or used to train a model.
- Each engagement, whether a DrugAdopt asset or a custom analysis, runs in its own environment. Your material is not pooled with another client's or reused to build anything outside your engagement.
- Most of what DrugAdopt does runs on public evidence alone, so sharing internal data is optional.
- We sign an NDA before you send anything, and we can work under your MSA, DPA, and security review.
