By accessing or using the Orchestrated Biosciences website and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Orchestrated Biosciences provides bioinformatics research tools and evidence products, including DrugAdopt biomarker and patient-selection reports, custom analysis and pipeline development, the Insight cancer-genomics platform, and Scopeify project scoping. Services are intended for research and informational purposes only.

Work under a signed agreement. Where we perform work for you under a signed agreement, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, or non-disclosure agreement, that agreement governs the work and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. These Terms govern your use of this website and of the tools offered here without a separate agreement.

3. Not medical advice

Important: Our products and services are designed for research purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. Our tools analyze research data and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

4. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, and materials on this website and within our products are the intellectual property of Orchestrated Biosciences or its licensors. Orchestrated Biosciences® is a registered trademark. Insight™ is a trademark with patent-pending status.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

5. User conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt our services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platforms beyond normal use.

6. Data and research use

Our platforms may incorporate publicly available datasets and registries such as TCGA, the Gene Expression Omnibus, ClinicalTrials.gov, and published literature. Use of research data through our platforms is subject to the original data providers’ terms and conditions. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of data complies with applicable policies and regulations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchestrated Biosciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and this section does not displace the liability terms of a signed agreement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and the tools offered here without a separate agreement are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Work delivered under a signed agreement is warranted as that agreement states.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
